Joe, a South Bend native, began his culinary career at The Carriage House restaurant where he first met, our very own Chef Tony & trained with him.

After graduating high school and working under Chef Tony, he attended Johnson & Wales Culinary program in Rhode Island. After a short stint in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida he made his way back to Indiana to further his culinary experience, working again with Chef Tony. They continued to work together at the Hilton on the Circle where Joe was the Executive Sous Chef & Banquet Chef.

After three years at the Hilton, he moved into Executive Chef positions at Pasta Bella & the Brickyard Crossing Golf Resort & Inn at the Indianapolis Speedway. This led to his position with Performance Marketing Group as Corporate Chef running all hospitality for Dan Gurney’s All-American Racers in Indy Series, Chevrolet Racing in NASCAR and Corvette Racing in American La Mans Series.

Joe found his way back to Indianapolis and spent 11 years as the Executive Chef at Woodland Country Club. Before joining us, Joe was the Executive Chef at the Indianapolis long time staple, Rick’s Cafe Boatyard on Eagle Creek Reservoir.

He has also participated in several cooking competitions & fundraisers such as Taste of the NFL, Taste of CART, and much more!

We will be opening up a series of dates for you & your friends to join Chef Joe at the CHEF’S TABLE & are excited for you all to join!
