Nicole-Taylor's Pasta + Market + Backroom Eatery

Nicole-Taylor's is thrilled to announce the hiring of our Chef. Please help us welcome Chef Erin Kem to the family! 


Erin is a Muncie native and a graduate of Ball State University. Erin studied & graduated from the New England Culinary Institute. She has been a chef in Indianapolis since 2004, working with some of Indy's greats at Tavola Di Tosa, former restaurant owned & operated by Chef Tony & Rosa Hanslits. Chef Kem spent numerous years working at another Indianapolis staple, R Bistro. 


For six years, Erin cooked for multiple Scarlet Lane Brewing locations followed by a stint at Small Victories Hospitality Group, the company behind Coat Chef Coffee, Provider, Strange Bird, Landlocked Baking & Chalet. 


Erin is thrilled to be the Chef at Nicole-Taylor's Pasta and Market starting in April 2023 & happy to be working alongside Chef Tony and Rosa Hanslits again, 20 years after her first job with them.
